Our Client Parques de Sintra-Monte da Lua S.A. (PSML) manages important, natural and cultural, values located in the area of the Cultural Landscape of Sintra.
The project goal is to carry out an exhaustive bats survey of the species present in Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage area, in Portugal, characterizing their distribution and contributing to the objectives of PSLM’s Natural Values Management Plan.
The project activities include:
1. Bibliographic Survey;
2. known populations Analysis;
3. Mortality causes study;
4. New colonies identification, using shelter prospecting, acoustic detection, capture, and telemetry.
